Unless you’re a morning person, the beginning of the day is a rough experience. In full knowledge of that, we’ve decided to share one of our morning shake recipes, so you can wake up right away.
You’ll feel great throughout the day if you have this shake for breakfast every morning.
All you need is a blender, and some fresh vegetables.
Universal Kale Shake
1 generous heaping of fresh kale.
3 stalks of celery.
1 small chunk of ginger.
4 cloves of garlic.
5 slices of pineapple.
1 pear.
8 oz water.
